SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND YOUR INNER RESISTANCE
Feel more in control of both your emotions and your destiny
Dear team leader,
- Are you working from 8:00 am till 10:00 pm and still feel like you don’t have enough time to finish everything you need to do?
- Does your open-door policy result in you having a walk-in every two minutes?
- Do you have take care of the 47 rabbits that broke out, because your team member can’t resolve it?
- Are you wondering if it’s better to be honest with yourself in realizing that you won’t work less in the future? That you might become more efficient, but that new challenges will arise to fill the empty spaces?
- How is it that almost all nonprofit leaders complain about trying to balance competing priorities – staff supervision, grant writing, grant reporting, blended management, interdepartmental communication, financial tracking/panning-, so that even when they’re being productive, there is too much going on all the time?
It doesn’t have to be that way. You can go home and feel satisfied with what you’ve got done in the day.

- When you resist your overwhelm, your energy gets scattered
- With a future-self exercise you look into your resistance
- Then you see what’s going on at a deeper level
- You understand why you’re feeling overwhelmed and anxious
- You start understanding how you can use your resistance constructively
- As a result you feel more in control of your emotions and destiny

What My Clients Are Saying
Deeper understanding of myself
“Because of the webinar, I am deepening my interest in internal family systems and also in my Buddhist practice. It was a nice complement to those things. I would recommend this to people that want to learn more about themselves, are open to ideas, are open to self-reflection: anybody that wants to work on themselves.”
